Policies and FYI

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to change, fill out intake forms, enjoy a beverage and relax. We reserve your time and space specially for you, please observe our cancellation policy. late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time to accommodate the next guest. All appointments require a valid credit card at time of booking. 24-hour notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling any appointment, 48 hour’s notice is required on all spa packages and 72-hour notice is required on all spa parties. Failure to cancel will result in charges for all services scheduled.
